The recommended daily serving of this product contains more than 10,000 IU of Vitamin A from retinol. Large amounts of Vitamin A from retinol are known to cause birth defects.

I only wish it came in a 100,000 IU dosage, that's what my doctor has me temporarily prescribed on. This is already a high dose in one pill but my body's seriously lacking at the moment. The pills are very small compared to most I take, and very easy to swallow. I really like these, and with all my allergies they aren't bad at all. : )
