Suggested Use
Mix one rounded teaspoonful into a full 8 oz. glass of water or liquid and drink immediately OR sprinkle one rounded teaspoonful onto food and follow with a full 8 oz. glass of liquid.
Take one to three times daily.
To avoid the digestive discomfort that may occur when initially increasing fiber intake, gradually increase the amount of Hi-Fiber taken from one to three teaspoonfuls daily to allow the body to adjust to a higher level of fiber.
Warnings
Do not use when acute abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present.
Consult a physician before using this product if you are pregnant or nursing.
Must be taken with at least 8 oz. of liquid or psyllium may swell in the throat and cause choking.
Do not use if you have trouble with swallowing.
