Suggested Use
Apply thin layer to affected area. Massage gently or use compress. for best results, use promptly after injury or trauma occurs. Adults & children 2 years of age and older: apply to affected area up to 4 times daily. Children under 2 years of age: consult a doctor. Patch test recommended on sensitive skin. To open: unscrew cap, puncture tube seal, screw cap back on tube. Store at room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F) in a dry place out of direct sunlight. WarningsFor external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use if hypersensitive to any ingredients in this product. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Arniflora Gel has worked exremely well for me in relieving muscle pain and soreness. I have used it for years. It also relieves bruising, quite rapidly if applied once you first acquire the bruise.

This definitely helps with any kind of muscle soreness. I use it on my neck area, which often gets tense and sore, and it relieves the pain very effectively. A very safe and effective homeopathic product!

This stuff is great for when you have a sore area from overuse or have worked too hard at the gym. My shoulders get tense during the day because I type alot at a computer. I just put some of this on my shoulders & feel alot better. There is no smell & this is not greasy. Virtually invisible but feels great.
