Suggested Use
Adults take six (6) capsules daily (two (2) capsules three (3) times daily with food). Do not exceed recommended dose. Nice vitamin. The added ginger helps. It has all thats needed for a healthy baby. My only complaint is that it's hard to remember to take them 3 x day.

This is the only prenatal I would use! It is a comprehensive multivitamin with all thevitamins and minerals you need during pregnancy and best of all there is some DHA in there-an essential fatty acid that is important for a developing baby. The only drawback is that you have to take 6 capsules but I still think this multi is the best! It is of excellent quality and vegetarian (so good for anyone with special diets)! Also contains ginger which is supposed to help with nausea! wonderful product!

you have to take 2 3 times a day which may be hard to remember but these vitamins are truly the best prenatal. they help with morning sickness and give you and your baby the best nutrients.
