About Chef Jay
After cooking for the hotels of Las Vegas, Chef Jay bought a little muffin shop and started to provide the health clubs of Las Vegas with healthy style bakery goods. One item was a health bar made of oats, raisins and honey. Soon he started getting calls from people outside the Las Vegas area who wanted him to ship his "delicious bars". Since then he devoted his life to producing the best tasting, healthiest bars, cookies and brownies available. Chef Jay moved out of that 700 sq ft muffin shop and into the dream kitchen and manufacturing plant he always wanted still in the heart of Las Vegas. We are continuing the tradition he started of healthy, great tasting bakery goods and hope you enjoy eating them as much as we enjoy making them.
