Since I've included Tulsi Holy Basil to my daily supplement regimen, nearly two years ago, I've not had one cold/flu/illness! I highly recommend this product.

Haven't noticed any huge differences while taking this, but it's a well respected product, and is more of a long term thing. I find these pills a great alternative to making Tulsi tea!

Also taken for inflamation and digestion. I have Rosacea and sometimes have
major flare ups.
