Boiron Chestal cough syrup combines homeopathic medicines traditionally used to treat different types of coughs with the natural goodness of honey to gently soothe the throat. Boiron Chestal Honey relieves dry and painful coughs, coughing triggered by cold air, and dry, croupy and barking coughs. It also relieves nightime hacking coughs, and barking coughs that become worse at night. Chestal Cough Syrup helps to loosen thick mucus and chest congestion, relieves coughs associated with a tickle in the throat, and coughs associated with nausea. Chestal helps to loosen phlegm and thin bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive.

How are homeopathic medicines presented?

Suggested Use
Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 teaspoons every 2 hours. Children 2 to 12 years: 1 teaspoon every 2 hours. Children under 2 years: not recommended. Warnings

I love this cough syrup. It works quickly, isn't filled with chemicals and it doesn't taste awful like some cough syrups. It tastes like honey. This is the best cough syrup out there.

This is the best cough remedy available for kids and adults. I use it when my daughter or I have a cold and wake up in the middle of the night with a coughing fit. It takes about 10-15 minutes to "kick in" and then we are all back to sleep. It's magic. We're sold on Chestal! Not only does this product break up chest congestion nicely when taken as directed, but it is soothing to a ticklish, irritated throat as well and keeps coughs well under control. We try to keep a bottle always on hand!

I really like this product. Whenever my kids have a cold with a cough, i can just give them this and it helps get rid of the cough and helps the cold go away faster. I love the fact that it doesn't keep my kids up at night like traditional cough syrups, in fact it doesn't have any side effects. I really like that.
