Is LUNA Protein gluten-free?
At the beginning of 2011 they started to transition the entire LUNA Protein line to be gluten free. To do this, Clif Bar & Company has looked at all aspects of making their bars. Their ingredient suppliers have confirmed that all ingredients are gluten free, so they contain no gluten from wheat, rye or barely. Where they make their food is capable of making a gluten free food and they test their finished products to confirm that they are gluten free.

Clif Bar & Company started on a bike ride. Their founder, Gary, took a bite of yet another energy bar and thought to himself, "I can do better." Two years later, CLIF Bar was launched and soon became the leading energy bar.
