Suggested Use
Adults and children 6 years and over: Dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth every 15 minutes for 1 hour, then 2 tablets 3 times a day. Children under 6 years: Ask a doctor. I use this product instead of the perscription Singular. It is fantastic! I suffer from sinusitus and this works for me just as well as Singular not just for me but for my whole family. Natural! You can't beat!
