Suggested Use

Great stuff. Been taking it for a year. Together with neti pot, I have far fewer sinus problems. SBut I still get a sinusitis if I'm in an old, dusty, moldy place for too long..

Haven't reslly tested this one out yet but hope it works as well as their other remedies
