This product changed my life! Sounds over dramatic, but after my first full year of endurance racing, my times began to get slower and slower. My skin looked pale, and lots of other signs of anemia. After blood tests I was diagnosed as severely anemic. I tried the over the counter drugstore brands and they made me very sick so I could not continue with my therapy. My father is a chiro and he gave me some of this to try. It didn't make me sick, and it brought my blood back to normal! I am so much healthier now and my running is getting better again.
