Excellent product. Flax seeds are gently milled leaving them ground just enough to help with digestion while still adding a nice visual to foods as opposed to being pulverized into dust. Forti-Flax maintains freshness in the refrigerator and is an easy way to add natural Omega-3 to your diet. I add a serving to my green smoothies with no ill effects. Generous freshness date and a terrific price from Lucky Vitamin.

I love this Flax. I put it in my morning shake and it tastes great. It's a great size and price. Lucky sends it with cooling packs so it stays fresh.

I was very happy and surprised to see the expiration date on this product because it does not have a very long shelf life. My husband and I both take 2 tbsp and mix it with OJ every morning and if you let it sit just 1 or 2 min. it becomes almost like a pulp in the juice. Love, love, love it. It makes you feel good and healthy.

I've had great experiences using this in shakes. It has a nutty taste when you chew on the seeds, but they can also be swallowed whole. Great for adding protein/fiber to a shake, but may not be recommended for people who do not like "gritty" shakes or seeds in their shake.
