From experience, this is the best oil supplement out there... combined with dry brushing the suppleness and texture of skin markedly changes for the better...

I really like this brand of oils, I am taking it for all the benefits of omegas and it also helps me be "regular". I take it at night before bed so even if there are any fishy burps I am sleeping through them. I will continue to take it and I recommend it.
