I have been using this product for 6 months now in almost daily smoothies combining many other super foods in concentrated form, so it is difficult to assess its individual health benefits. I do know about the importance of the various oils for our health and know that this product came to me via another who i respect for his knowledge base and sound research. What i like specifically about Omega Man is that it has ingredients tailored for harmonizing the males' endocrine system for proper balance and functioning, hormone balance, etc... As you can see by my rating, i am very pleased with this product and with Lucky Vitamins as the supplier....quality, price and efficiency combined makes for customer satisfaction!!! Thank you!
