Very effective and easy to take.

I have been using Barlean's for my flax oil for about 7 years. It does what is says it does and does it better than others!! It is an excellent source of the Omegas - better than fish oil which is also not sustainable. Barlean's also has very high quality control. Every bottle I buy is fresh, fresh, fresh!!

You get the omega 3& 6 oils without the fishy flavor left in your mouth from fish oils.
