What are Lignans?

Suggested Use

I absolutely love this stuff. It has an awesome taste, and I don't think that I could ever live without it. My favorite thing to do is put 2-3 Tbs. of it in my oatmeal every morning, and it gives it a great taste, and I know that it is doing wonders for my skin.

This flax seed oil is amazing! I have tried others that taste a little bit strange, but Barlean's has a really great, almost nutty flavor. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a high quality flax seed oil. I use about 2-3 tbs. of it in my oatmeal every morning, and I couldn't live without it. Every time I run out, my oatmeal never tastes the same so now I have to keep buying it. I'm addicted.

I've not used other brands of flax oil, but this is great. I blend it with frozen strawberries and cottage cheese for a healthy cancer fighting breakfast.

Using Flax Oil is an easy way to get your Omega 3s... I put it in my berry smoothie along with Barleans Super Green Foods, some honey (sweetener) and yogurt and it tastes great.
