All Metagenics products are excellent quality. Cal Apatite Plus is good to take daily. I would definitly recommemd it to all.

I have taken two calcium every night for the last, oh, thirty years, starting during a pregnancy when I found it reduced leg cramps. It also improves sleep. But finding calcium that I can swallow has been a problem: most of the pills are too big. These are also big, but about the size of the multi-vitamins I take, also, and manageable. And the price is cheaper than what I was paying at a local store, the shipping very fast, and I am glad to save on gas and hassle.(driving.)
