Suggested Use

They're big and hard so care needs to be taken when consuming them. Need to take 3 a day for effectiveness. They took a while to show signs of working. I've used another over the counter product that worked better that was recommended by my doctor which I plan on returning to. This is my third month on these and I'm not really impressed.
