What is Colloidal Oatmeal?
COLLOIDAL OATMEAL is simply oats which have been ground to a fine powder and then suspended in water. The powdered oats absorb water, turning it slightly milky and thick. When added to a bath, the hydrated granules help moisturize, soothe and relieve minor skin irritations.

Nice shower gel with a lovely fragrance. It's a bit many for me, so I gave it to my husband. He likes it, as it cleans well.
