About Ridgecrest Herbals
Ridgecrest Herbals, Inc. is a new name for a company which is a successor to an older company in the health food and supplement industry. Creative Marketing, Inc. was established in 1986 as a marketing consulting/telemarketing company. Through the years, it evolved into a manufacturer-distributor of OTC and specialty herbal formulations. New management and capital came into the company in 1994 and the company was reincorporated in its present form. To reflect the changes in function of the company, the name was changed to Ridgecrest Herbals in 1996.

Ridgecrest owns all rights to the formulas and trade names. All manufacturing is done outside to Ridgecrest Herbals specifications by highly qualified contract manufacturers. The company produces and sells 21 over-the-counter remedies, herbal formulation food supplements and health products. Nine of the products are presented in two sizes. More products are under development and testing.

Ridgecrest Herbals is a privately held Utah corporation with offices in Salt Lake City. The principals are Clyde StClair and Paul Warnock, who share ownership and a unique co-management philosophy. Mr. StClair handles the marketing and product development side of the business. Mr. Warnock handles the financial and administrative side of the business.

Mr. StClair has many years in the health food industry, having held many responsible positions in major herbal and food supplement manufacturers. He has been a consultant in marketing to many health food companies and is well-known in the industry. He has owned and operated a health food store for many years and his family now owns and operates two health food stores.  Mr. Warnock is a seasoned executive, having been President and CEO of several companies in the electronics industry. His background and outstanding education are in accounting and finance, with many years experience in startups, bootstrap situations and turnarounds. He invested in the company and joined Mr. StClair in 1994.  The company has seen significant growth in recent years and expects such growth to continue.
