I dont have much experience with Malic Acid, but I heard that it would be helpful for some of my health problems. I have chronic nerve pain, as well as muscle spasm/shakiness... This is combined with being on the Autism Spectrum (so that pain is felt ten-fold). My pain medicines also make me a bit constipated, so Magnesium Citrate has been an essential supplement for my diet. This product seems to be a great value for people who want an effective form of of Malic Acid along with a mild laxative when needed by taking a slightly larger dose than your usual. I am tempted to try out some other brands/formulas, just to see what else is available, but this does work quite well, and it a great product for the price.
She has used this to help in her fibromyalgia for about 3 weeks and we are still waiting for results as mentioned in Am Med. Review about reducing pain. She is taking 2-1500mg per day. This may have to be increased. Bottle says 4 tablets per day. Will check with Dr. to see if she needs to increase amount.
