I've tried many kinds of calcium and haven't found any as effective as this one in my pregnancy. My only complaint is the bottle gets empty too fast! This is a superior product,and great-tasting too. Great deal too!

I have been taking this several years for leg aches. Twice a day keeps my legs from hurting. I love the taste and wouldn't go a day without it! Excellent value!!
