after a bout of mold related illness a friend recommended this vit c as an easy yummy to take item for helping my young ones rebuild their immune system and keep it there. We have used it ever since (almost 3 years!) and my kids like it enough they love to have me squirt it into their mouths and beg for more even with no drink ready afterwards.
