• Cataracts - Cataracts are the leading cause of blindness worldwide and are considered an age-related eye disease. Cataracts are a clouding of the lens at the front of the eye, under the cornea. Clouding can be semi transparent or can be completely opaque, causing complete blindness. • Glaucoma - Glaucoma is an age-related eye disease that affects about 1 in every 200 people.
