Let me attempt to be brief and to the point ...been taking these for about 8 years and they make my bathroom experience a much briefer -more pleasant experience. My diet is not great but by taking these i get the fruits and veggies i am supposed to eat EVERYDAY and i get the effect of eating fruits and veggies when i poop !
