Our Doctor (Yes a real Doc) recommended this to us. My wife has restless legs and I get cramps in legs or will get up at 3 am. with this we both sleep well with out being drowsy. Now that being said, it is not a "I'm down for the count" you can still have a restless night, it not a sleeping pill.
