My chiropractor recommended this product for helping with the tense muscles pulling my neck and back out and for pain reduction. If you take MyoCalm before and after a chiropractic appt it helps to hold the adjustment. I don't go in until I'm really hurting so it's difficult too get a good adjustment, but the Myocalm helps a lot. I recommend the bigger bottle though. Once you try it you'll want to have plenty around for muscle pain and tension. Works great!
