I LOVE this ♡♥One Needs to Learn to have a Hot Beverage with it! Or eat an Apple or something. What I love to use for lots of stuff is Butler Go Betweens or something like that! If you have questionable dental going on you might have to eat VERY Carefully!!

i love all these sesame bars...they are good when you are in a pinch and need a snack quick...just be forewarned...they are sticky...meaning they will stick in your teeth..so eat slowly and also have some water nearby incase a seed goes down the wrong way...i love them regardless...b/c they are SUPER healthy and yummy but just have a few drawbacks....

When my husband has a aweet tooth, he asks? "Where are those hard bars?" These are soo good and has very few ingredients which I always look for. The fewer ingredients, the better.
