This is the best fiber, hands down. It mixes easily and well in one of those cups with a mixer ball; it has no taste and the consistency is not horrible; you can mix it in water or juice if your preference is the juice taste. This fiber plus 1 Jarrowdophilus FOS and I'm quite regular.

Love this product. I use it in a clense program I'm doing and would use it again. Lucky vitamins was wonderful in its delivery of the product. Will definitely use them again.

Have fiber everyday with shakes , great for filling me up and keeping me regular

I take this morning and night because I believe we can never get enough fiber...to our colons and if you are dieting or not this will help move the bad fat from your body and if you have heart/or family with high cholesterol this product helps in my opinion!
