Suggested Use
Take one tablet or as desired. Adults and Children 18 years of age and over: 100 to 200 mgs not more often than every 3 to 4 hours

It's caffeine....it does what it does. Faster than drinking it in coffee or an energy drink. I take a tablet before my workout to give me a little boost of energy to increase my performance.
