Due to some problems I was having (sleep problems, fatigue, inability to concentrate, and perform athletically), I finally found a doctor who did extensive blood/saliva work on me. I knew she tested my cortisol levels and I assumed that the results would show abnormally high. Instead, it was the opposite: I was producing very little, and that was just part of the problem. She prescribed this product to me, and I came to LV to buy it since she sold it at a higher price in her office. I can't believe the difference I'm experiencing in my day. It's not an effort to pull myself out of bed in the morning, I have great energy for the activities I enjoy, and I feel very attentive most of the day. I researched Licorice Root a great deal, and I suggest seeing your doctor to get cortisol testing before taking this and taking this under the guidance of a physician.
