Suggested Use
"Blend, shake, or briskly stir UltraGlycemX into water as follows:
Day 1-2: 1/2 scoop (11g) twice daily into 4 to 5 ounces of water.
Day 3-4: 1 scoop (22 g) twice daily into 4 to 5 ounces of water.
