Kal Pure Stevia Extract Powder has NO unpleasant aftertaste and NO calories. The steviosides should not adversely affect blood glucose levels in most individuals. The stevia plant originally came from the rain forests of Brazil and Paraguay. It is now grown in those areas, as well as in Japan, Korea, Thailand, and China. It is most widely used as a non-sugar sweetener in food and drink, particularly because it does not appear to have any calories or affect on blood sugar like most natural sweeteners (like sugar or honey). The leaf is used in herbal preparations. The native peoples in South America used stevia primarily as a sweetener, a practice adopted by European colonists. The indigenous tribes also used stevia to treat diabetes. During World War II, stevia was grown in England as a sugar substitute. The greatest use of stevia as a sweetener today can be found in Japan.

Wonderful!! This brand of stevia powder does NOT have the bitter taste many stevia products have. I have shared bottle after bottle with friends, and even finicky eaters agree that it's the best. I always order plenty so I can give it away - invariably my friends wonder where to get it when they taste it! I've used this brand for 2 years & still love it.

This is the only Stevia I will use. Not bitter and works well with coffee or sprinkled on plain yogurt with some fruit!

After trying several Stevia products I keep coming back to this one. Great flavor, no aftertaste, and sweeter than many similar products. And, with 900 servings per bottle, it lasts a long time!

This pure stevia is very powerful! But it is really good if you don't overdo it. A very little goes a long way with no (or very little) aftertaste. It lasts a long time! It's great in my oatmeal and smoothies.

Excellent product. We don't eat any processed/refined sugars. I use stevia for sweetening tea and for baking.

I replace the sugar in my recipes with half Stevia Extract Powder and half Coconut Secret. Coconut Secret is a bit expensive so combining it with Stevia Powder is more economical and tastes great. I like the flavor better than using Stevia alone. Stevia Powder is a little tricky because it's so sweet using just a tiny bit too much can ruin a recipe by making it overly sweet. The longer I cook with it, the easier it is to get the amount right. I use less Stevia than the online conversion charts recommend. It's a terrific sugar substitute.

Stevia is a great sugar substitute that I have recently started using. It does not have the nasty aftertaste that several products have and a little bit goes a LONG way!!!

I used the Kal Pure Stevia Extract Powder for the first time and was disappointed.
The reason is that for 2 years I have been using this product in the packets and it is combined with Lua Huan. This product did not have the Lua Huan. I think your ad should be more clear to let customers know that this one does not contain Lua Huan. That being said, I absolutely depend on this product with the Lua Huan combined. No bitter aftertaste at all. I drink it in my coffee and all beverages.
