Great vitamin for teens and/or adults. Contains digestive enzymes to help prevent constipation. I give to my 16 year old male athlete. Works great!

It seems like a good product but the pills are huge.

My kids ages 13-15 take these. So happy to have a vitamin that has nearly everything they need to supplement their teen diets.
