I personally use Metagenics Intrinsi B12/folate for a German Shepherd who has Pancreatic Insufficiency which causes severe B12 deficiency. Since going on this product 3 years ago her B12 level has been perfect as proven by lab tests done by her vet. I have also suggested it to friends and elderly relatives with anemia and their B12 levels have also improved as has their energy.
