I have used this supplement for at least 10 years. It contains an incredible amount of vegetable and fruit concentrates. I was skeptical at first and I even wrote Nature's Plus questioning how two tablets (recommended daily dosage could contain so many nutrients. Nature's Plus wrote back with a detailed explanation of how they produce Ultra Juice. I was so impressed that I virtually buy only Nature's Plus products. Ultra Juice is great because I work odd hours and sometimes I simply do not eat enough or even well. I combine this with a Nature's Plus multiple vitamin and I can feel confident that my body is getting vital nutrients. This is an excellent product!
