Natural Feminine Ultra Pads Super w/ Wings by Natracare Women today are conscious of the need to restrict their contact with synthetic materials and unnecessary chemicals and additives. They are becoming more aware that most of the widely available sanitary pads sold today, contain a blend of chlorine-bleached pulp, polypropylene, polyacrylates and plastic. For each monthly cycle, it makes sense to choose a pad that is made from natural materials. Many gynaecologists have advised women with sensitive skin to use natracare pads to reduce their contact with chlorine bleached materials, and also products containing synthetics, latex and super absorbents made from petrochemicals. Every year, billions of plastic laden pads are disposed of, and generally they end up in landfill sites to sit unaltered for hundreds of years. Every year, in Britain alone, we would have to dig a hole three hundred feet deep and three hundred feet wide to bury the sanitary pads that are thrown away. Natracare chemical free pads are high quality products made from only pure and natural materials that are made from plant cellulose. They are not chlorine bleached and are free of rayon, plastics and other similar synthetic materials that have a negative impact on our environment. They are comfortable and reliable and available in different absorbencies and styles. The regular pad is narrower towards the middle of the pad so that it fits the contours of the body more readily, whilst the Slender and Super pads are the same width all along the pad’s length for a more traditional fit. Suggested Use
Peel back the paper strip and fix the pad to panty, folding the wings over the edges on them.
Disposal: We advice you to wrap the pad in paper and put into a waste bin. Natracare pads are over 90% biodegradable and are compostable under the correct conditions.

I love that these are organic. They cover well at night during a heavy flow, but can leak if I am extra heavy. They are fairly thin which is great for comfort, but bad for a period. Yet, as I stated before, they hold well. The wings help keep it in place and keep clean. Great product overall.

These are decent pads, for being biodegradable. They are thinner than SG pads, but not as soft on the top. Also, the adhesive is not as sticky as I'd like it to be. The pads comes "undone" while walking around. If SG were biodegradable I would go back. but until then...

I am not as pleased with these pads as the other varieties that the brand offers. They offer me a false sense of security. They are not as protective for my needs as I would want when I need a maxi pad. I need something that covers better than this pad does. However, for light days, I use the regular-absorbency ultra pad with things (the equivalent to this but with less power), and do not feel that I am wasting the pad. For higher flow days, I use the long super ultra version with wings. Those have better soaking power. These fall in between for me, and that does not work, because when I need one, I grab it and find that I use other products in addition to help do the job. Therefore, I will continue to buy the longs for regular/normal/heavy flow days, and the regulars for as the period tapers off. Panty liners are the last product in that lineup, but I will skip these I believe.

Love these! They are good for the earth & work well too. I will never go back to regular pads! Just as absorbent as the toxic bleached bad for the environment ones, and a great deal!

These are by far the best of the natural pads. The wings wrap around and stick on the underside of one's underwear so there is no staining. they are slim but absorbent without chemicals. I use the super or regular depending on flow and the long at night.

I bought these for postpartum use and they were definitely not as thick as I thought they would be. They did end up working over top of the hospital pads for the first week and then they were fine on their own. I would buy them again since they worked fine.

My absolute favorite brand. I don't use the super nearly as often... really long but the wings are a great.
