    Very gritty silicone, not sure why it is in there. Has an after taste that is not pleasant, sort of metallic with a strong mallic acid aftertaste as well. The only good thing about them is that they are very easy to digest, they fall apart without even having to chew them, but the taste was unpleasant and not very natural. Really thought about returning these and asking for a refund. I guess some kids do not mind the taste, but they sort of defeat the purpose of a chewable vitamin when they are so nasty you have to chuck them down and swig a glass of water afterward to get rid of the taste. There are just a lot of unnecessary ingredients in them and have gotten better ones that were harder to chew but did not have a bad taste to them. they may work fine, but could use improvement in taste and texture.

    I bought three different children's vitamins for my kids to try and they like this one the best. They all were similar in content, but getting them to eat them is most important after that! Even though they need to take 2/day, they don't complain at all and now we're on our second bottle.
