The code says a "1" means "fair" but I rate this item "poor." I love the liquid version and find it highly effective. I purchased the tablets for vacation because I thought it would be more convenient for traveling. Absolutely NO EFFECT that I could tell. Maybe it's different for different body chemistries but for me this product was a complete waste of money.

This product, although not perfect, works most of the time. I don't find that it helps me go to sleep, but once a sleep helps me go back to sleep. Absolutely no sleep hangover in the a.m.. I've been using Sleep-Assure for 6 months and will continue.
