Tasty stuff! Great in smoothies with almond milk and other stuff. Best in a blender. Makes nails grow too!! Vanilla is the best that way you can mix coconut oil or honey and not get too much taste competition.

I love spirutien. It mixes up great (I usually shake it in a jar with OJ), it tastes great. Like the other reviewer said it doesn't have a weird vitamin-ish taste. I love that I can get most of my vitamins together with some protien all in one place.

very tasty and filling, great as a meal, a pick me up, and a supplement. best in a blender, but okay shaken or stirred, not to vitaminy tasting, though I really prefer the banana flavor. Great used as an addition to a smoothie or on its' own in milk.

I drink one of these every morning. I blend 1/2 cup Pomagranate juice, frozen fruit of choice, 1/2 cup soy milk in my Bullet Blender. I like this because it gives you all of the essential amino acids to start your day. It is very refreshing and I feel like I have added something to my body that is wholesome.

I love these shakes, to the Vanilla I add frozen fresh strawberries, a half banana and blend well, makes an excellent meal. I have been using these shakes since February 2011 and have lost 81 lbs, my husband has lost 40lbs and we both feel great nd have tons of energy.

I love this stuff -- I've been drinking is for years now, mostly in lieu of breakfast. I've tried other protein and vitamin based mix powders, but Spirutein has always been the best. I like Vanilla over any of the flavored versions--easier to mix with berries.

I like the taste and texture of this product. I also like the larger size. I use it quite frequently, especially for breakfast. Whipped up in a blender it gets very smooth and creamy. We just started using Chia seeds, and they blend in well with this mixture also.

I've been taking this protein powder for over 5 years. I like the taste of vanilla, peach and cream, cappuccino, most other flavors are either too sweet or have fruit essence flavors which is not like fresh fruit taste. Nature's Plus Spiru-tein has by far the most complete nutrients. I choose this product over cheaper protein powder because I don't need to take another multi-vitamin pill.

This is a staple in my world. The taste is mild, so I find it best when mixed with fruit, and I haven't found a fruit I don't like mixed with this product. It has a good coverage of vitamins and when blended with almond milk and fruit it easily takes me to lunch time if I am not more active than usual.
