Kal Lactase Enzyme is intended for people with a lactose intolerance. Each Easy-To-Swallow Kal Lactase Enzyme Softgel provides 125 mg lactase. Kal Lactase Enzyme digests milk sugar. Kal Lactase Enzyme contains no hydrogenated oil. Kal Lactase Enzyme is intended to provide nutritive support for the healthy digestion of milk sugar. FCC units (Food Chemical Codex Units) provide standards to define the quality of food-grade chemicals in terms of identity, strength and purity. I have been using this brank of lactase enzyme for a long time and I love it! I used to take the individually wrapped chewable caplets at every meal and it was always a guessing game as to how many I needed, plus it's a pain. Now, I take two Kals in the morning and only, only, if I eat pure dairy such as a hunk of cheese, or a glass of milk will I pop another. Thank you for offering Kal! I rely on you!
