Fiber
Dietary fiber comes from the thick cell wall of plants. It is an indigestible complex carbohydrate. Fiber is divided into two general categories-water soluble and water insoluble.
Where is it found?
Whole grains are particularly high in insoluble fiber. Oats, barley, beans, fruit (but not fruit juice), psyllium, and some vegetables contain significant amounts of both forms of fiber and are the best sources of soluble fiber. The best source of lignan, by far, is flaxseed (not flaxseed oil, regardless of packaging claims to the contrary).

Suggested Use
Adults only, take one teaspoon two to four times per day, mixed or blended with 8 oz. of water or juice. For best results and palatability, blend in cold apple juice for ten seconds. Not to be used by children under 12 unless directed by a physician.

I've been using this product for years and wouldn't be without it! It has a slight cinnamon taste, I just mix a tablespoon or more with a small amount of water at night. No need to have juice or anything else to mask the flavor.
It's very effective without being overpowering and gentle enough to use every night.
