Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, two tablets before breakfast or morning exercise session, and two tablets at mid-afternoon with 8 ounces of water. Individuals weighing under 150 lbs. may wish to begin use with one-half the recommended dose for the first week (one tablet twice per day). Nature's Plus Ultra Skinny Mini helped me achieve the weight loss I wanted without the jitters or sleeplessness that some diet pills have been known to cause from high amounts of caffeine. I was not hungry either. Ultra Skinny Mini has just the right amount of everything-let me explain: I have had diet pills with stronger hunger suppressants and when they wore off-I could of ate the bark off a tree. But Ultra Skinny Mini isn't like that. I've lost 10 lbs and I have maintained my weight since losing for at least 3 months now. I think its the perfect chemistry-at least for me and my lifestyle.
