This is a great product to use along with the Ultra Hair Plus Vitamins for Men or Women, as it has a few additional nutrients not found in the vitamin complex. I noticed a significant improvement in the fullness of my hair and decrease of hair loss, when I added this shake to my daily diet along with the Ultra Hair vitamins. My daughter uses this product instead of a vitamin, and the quality of her hair has significantly improved. Throughout my life, I've had episodes of hair loss, and the Ultra Hair products have really turned the situation around for me each time that I've used them.

This is one of the best protein powders I've ever tasted. Absolutely no powder texture in the shake. Excellent. Has good amounts of biotin and pantothenic acid for hair and nail growth and I do see the difference at 51 years old.
