I deal with ADD on a regular basis, and my wife has issues with anxiety. I have found that both of these issues can be linked to a deficiency in serotonin. 5-HTP helps to increase your serotonin levels and this in turn helps me to be less "scattered" and my wife having less issues with her anxiety.
This is no miracle, fix all pill, but combined with proper diet and exercise does wonders for us. We notice when we stop taking it.

Several years ago the gynocologist put me on valium--I was having a tough change of life. Well, I HATED it. I went to a health food store and they recommended HTP.calm. I've been taking it for years now. It's simply wonderful. It makes that jittery crawling out of the skin sensation -stop-! It doesn't make you feel giddy or high or anything..it simply calms you down. wonderful stuff.

Natural Balance works well. I got them for my 80 year old Mother. She has ahard time sleeping. When family matteres and life seem to get to her . She said it helps her sleep and keeps her calm.

When I started using HTP.Calm was due to anxiety and found it to work for me better then the prescriptions from the doctors. Then main this I really like is it will not harm you if you need to take more then dose that is stated on the bottle. I have been take it regularly and very rarely have any issues with my anxiety.
