This product has been a real blessing to my arthritic mother. She has been able to continue walking for the past 2-3 years because of this product. She had such severe hip and back pain due to arthritis and back issues present even after surgery that she would need a couple of hours each morning to be able to get out of bed. She says "it doesn't take away the pain, but it makes it bearable so I can continue to walk" and "if I don't take it I can barely stand to walk". would rate a 5 if it reduced the pain even more. Also capsules are difficult for some to swallow.

My wife has osteoarthritis . She started taking the Nature's Plus - Herbal Actives InflamActin about a month ago. She has noticed significant improvement in her knees. Her pain is less, she can sleep better at night due to less pain and she is taking less ultram and tylenol now. Also, she used to have to rub down her knees with icy hot twice a night to help her to sleep from the pain. She no longer has to use the icy hot. She also started using NOW Foods - Liquid Glucosamine & Chondroitin wth MSM at the same time and attributes her pain relief to that also.

My knees used to hurt all the time. Someone at work told me aboutinflamactin, I started taking it and they don't really bother me any more. I went off it about 1 month ago and they started hurting again, I highly recommend this product.
