A donation of our Kinesio™ Tex Tape Gold™ for the 2008 Summer Games created a groundswell of support by Olympians from around the world. The Kinesio® Taping Method is an easy-to-learn, effective modality that can be used by many. However, Kinesio® always recommends that you consult a CKTP (Certified Kinesio® Taping Practitioner) before applying the tape for the first time.
Apply with little or no stretch. Elongate the muscles or joints prior to applying tape. Remove any excess oils, sweat, and/or dirt prior to applying the tape.

Consult your physician prior to use. Test patch is recommended for those with high allergic tendencies. Stop usage immediately in result of skin irritation. Avoid storing product in direct sunlight and/or high temperatures.

THE BEST athletic taping system out there. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, and took the certification courses to use it -- not sure if non-trained people will understand it. But for those of us in the profession who use it, the price is unbeatable.

This tape is the absolute best! My daughter had injured her ankle and was able to wear the tape, which helped with support, and could play. The tape is strong but allows you full range of motion. We are ordering more to have on hand. I know a lot of professional athletes use it. You have to try it! You'll never use the store-bought tape again. And it comes in some really cool neon colors. We love the turquoise blue!

I love the color. Unfortunately it doesn't stick like other brands. Usually I can keep the tape on for three day - including at least one day in the pool for an hour. This tape barely lasts 24 hours - no pool. I won't purchase again.

I bought a roll of the kinesio and kt tape to try, Kinesiology tape in general, rocks! love using it. much more supportive and at the same time much less binding in movement. The difference between the kinesio and the kt tape. The kinesio seems to adhere a lil better, stretches less and you can cut to size. the kt tape, is more flexible and is conveniently cut with rounded edges and split. Having pre-cut round pieces is nice and but sometime the splits make certain applications a lil tougher. like both products. will reorder and use BOTH products in combination again. Luckyvitamin definitely has the best prices on k-tape.
