In 1985, noted scientist and holistic therapist Hubertus Trouillé created the unique Almased formula to treat and improve the metabolism of his patients in Germany. Suggested Use
Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves to one large cup, pour in boiling water, let steep for 10-20 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Also good as iced tea.

I really like this tea, very good for digestion. I told friends and family about it.

I didn't read about the product before buying it and the tea is loose. Kind of a pain to deal with.

Only wish they sold in tea bags and not just loose tea

I enjoy tea and this product is somewhat bland in taste but it's good for me and that's al that matters - the benefits.
