About Organic Excellence
Organic Excellence began as a small, home based business in 1999. We have since grown to a worldwide company featuring high quality, chemical and fragrance free health and personal care products with the added benefits of certified organic herbs. As the new owner of Organic Excellence, I am proud to offer you an ever-growing line of products that bring great results and enhance the quality of your life. For the last 20 years, I have been involved in the healing arts and holistic health, specializing in women's wellness, nutrition, medicinal herbs, biochemical needs, and skin care. Educating others on the benefits of healthy living quickly became a passion and purpose that ultimately led me to Organic Excellence and the superb products we offer.
Drawn to natural health, I pursued a degree in nutritional healing modalities with the renowned Chiropractor and Naturopathic Physician, Dr. Bernard Jensen. This, along with my personal experiences as a body builder, runner, and triathlon competitor, taught me that what we put in and on our bodies has an immediate and far-reaching impact on our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
After receiving a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 1999, I studied energy work in Thailand, where I became a certified Meditation Teacher. Upon returning to the United States, I opened a private Acupuncture practice in Washington, interweaving my training in herbal medicine, energy work, nutrition, women's health, and anti-aging strategies.
Gerry Allard, my husband and partner in Organic Excellence, is also involved in the healing arts, studying in both the USA and Brazil. As a Certified Advanced Rolfer with a thriving 15-year practice, Gerry shares my commitment to inspire others to reach their full wellness potential through education, awareness, and healthy lifestyle choices.

Suggested Use
Thoroughly wet your hair. Place a small amount in the palm of your hand and distribute evenly in your hair. Rinse and reapply, gently massaging the scalp for 30 seconds or more. Let shampoo set for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Lather will be minimal due to the absence of chemical foaming agents. Warnings

I really like this shampoo. In fact I'm always excited to wash my hair with it. However, I'm not sure if all the ingredients are listed on the bottle. What exactly makes this shampoo foam???

This is my second time purchasing this product. This was also the only site I could find that had the bottle with the original ingredients. I have naturally super tight coily afro textured hair and use this product in an application bottle to shampoo my scalp. This is also a great alternative to shampoos with sulfates as it removes build up. I would recommend this shampoo for that clean hair feeling.

If you like Aveda or Wen - try this for a fraction of the price. Smells great, cleans all the silicones out of your hair without drying and is chemical free to boot!

Great smell, and does a great job cleaning my long, wavy/curly hair. I love the fact that it has no chemicals whatsoever!

This is a very conditioning shampoo..does not dry my "colored" hair. I'm very satisfied with the results. I bought the matching conditioner to use too.

This is the best shampoo I have used thus far. It cleans and moisturizes hair. It also has a very nice aroma.

I was looking for a product for my husband, who was having problems with his scalp. Even other organic products did not work for him, but this one did and now I am using it, too. It does require following the directions, which means to use it twice and leave it on for 1-2 minutes during the second wash. It gives back natural body and our natural wave is there, too. He likes the mint, I would prefer it without the mint, but we both are very happy with this product.
