I am a 28 year old mother of two. I have been taking these for a little over a month. I was afraid it would cause weight gain but it does just the opposite! My metabolism is flying! Also, my mood has improved greatly, I am much less fatigued, and my acne is clearing up. This is a wonderful alternative to oral contraceptives if you are taking them for acne - not for birth control. I have been struggling with painful menstrual cycles for years, usually losing 2-3 days a month due to severe migraines and cramping. I just started taking this a few weeks ago.
